The
parish facilities
are available on a rental basis to current parishioners of St. Rose
of Lima Parish so that they may host gatherings important to family
life. The West Hall, East Hall and Fellowship Center may be rented.
Hall
Rental Policies:
-
The facilities
may be rented for wedding receptions only if the wedding itself
is a valid Catholic ceremony.

There is
no rental fee for 50th wedding anniversary receptions for couples
who have been active members of the parish for at least five
years (fees for hall attendant, cleaning crew and required security
still apply in this instance).

The facilities
may not be used for political functions of any kind.

All reservations
shall be scheduled through the parish administrator at 713-692-9123.

All parish
buildings are non-smoking facilities.
- No alcohol
is allowed in the Fellowship Center.
- All events
must conclude by midnight (including cleanup).
Access to
Blacktop Area Adjacent to Youth Building and Scout Hut:
To ensure the
safety of all, the gates separating the Administration Building
parking lot from the back of the lot near the Youth Building and
Scout Hut may not be opened for drive through traffic if there
is any function on the parish property involving children or youth.
Activities during which gates must remain locked would include,
but not be limited to, school gatherings, religious education classes
and parish gatherings in the halls.
Please note:
Due to insurance and risk management issues, the parish is not
allowed to loan or rent any tables, chairs or audio/visual equipment
to anyone.

Additional charges
will apply for uniformed security officers and special event insurance,

All prices are
subject to change.
*Security deposit
is required and will be refunded one week after the event. Rental
fees include hall attendant and cleanup. Uniformed security officers
may be required at an additional cost. The number of officers needed
is based on Arch-diocesan requirements and is mandatory when alcohol
is served.
