CONFIRMATION
Confirmation preparation for children normally takes place during the 9th and 10th grades. First-year candidates must be students of a Catholic high school or attend a Pre-Confirmation course offered by the parish. All second-year candidates must satisfactorily complete a nine-month period of preparation offered by the parish. Contact: Deacon John Murrell by email or call 713-692-9123.
ADULT CONFIRMATION
St. Rose of Lima is offering a preparation program for active, practicing adult Catholics who regularly attend Mass but for various reasons have not celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation.
To be a part of this program you must:
· be at least 18 years of age,
· be out of high school before classes begin,
· have already made your first Communion and first Reconciliation.
· If you are married, your marriage must have taken place in the Catholic Church.
