Back to Bethany is a spiritual gathering designed for women to unite in prayer, reflection, and community. It provides an opportunity to pause and focus on deepening our relationship with God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ.

Back to Bethany provides a sacred space to reflect on scripture, learn different ways to pray, and pray together in a supportive environment. It’s a time to explore who we are in God’s eyes and to grow closer to Him through intentional spiritual practices.

The goal is to deepen our personal relationship with God, recognizing that He desires a close and loving connection with each of us. Jeremiah 29:13 reminds us that when we seek God with all our hearts, we will find Him. Together, we will explore how to grow in our prayer lives and build a stronger bond with the Holy Trinity.

Prayer is a powerful way to soften our hearts and create space for God’s love. Through regular prayer, we allow ourselves to be open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, deepening our connection with God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

The name "Back to Bethany" reflects the place where Jesus found rest and solace with his friends, Martha, Mary, and Lazarus. It was a place of prayer and rejuvenation, where Jesus taught the importance of prayer before work, and performed the miracle of raising Lazarus from the dead. Just as He found peace in Bethany, we seek to find rest and renewal in our relationship with God.

Back to Bethany is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. Nicole Lea, Alyssa Rodriguez, and other women from our community invite you to join in this beautiful faith journey together.

No, all women are invited, regardless of their religious background or parish affiliation. We welcome diversity in our group to encourage rich and meaningful conversations about our faith.

Back to Bethany meets one Wednesday each month from 7:30 to 8:30 pm in the Fellowship Center at St. Rose of Lima.

Meetings will take place in the St. Rose of Lima Fellowship Center. This space offers a warm and welcoming environment for our time together.

Bring an open heart, a notebook, and a Bible (if you have one). Come ready to engage in meaningful prayer, reflection, and conversation, but most importantly, come as you are to experience God’s presence in a welcoming and supportive environment.
