Faith Formation registration for grades K–12 is now open. This is a vital opportunity for children and teens to grow in their relationship with Christ through age-appropriate catechesis, sacramental preparation, and community.

Please complete a separate registration form for each child. When filling out the forms, be sure to both “save” and “submit”. The payment page will pop up, and then you submit.
