Joe Fraga may be new to the parish office, but he is certainly not new to the St. Rose of Lima community. Joe has served in ACTS for several years and is also a member of our parish family.

Joe is married to his wife, Diana, and together they have five adult children and two grandchildren. He comes to St. Rose with a professional background in the metal fabrication industry, where he was involved in daily operations. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors and, most of all, being with his family.

As our new Parish Business Manager, Joe looks forward to bringing his experience and business skills to St. Rose and supporting the needs of our parish community. He is excited to meet everyone and begin this new role.
